Refund Policy

1. General approach

Storimini provides digital and personalized content. We care about customer satisfaction and review reasonable refund requests, especially when a technical issue prevents access to the service.

2. Digital content and credits

If purchased credits or subscription benefits have already been used to generate personalized stories, voice narration, or other digital content, refund requests may be limited or declined depending on usage.

3. Technical issues

If you paid but cannot access the service, or if credits were not assigned to your account, contact us. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may provide a refund or replacement credits.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled through the payment provider. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current billing period and no further renewal charge should be made.

5. Paddle payments

Live payments may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and may apply additional review, compliance, and refund handling rules.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact info@storimini.com with your purchase email, payment date, and reason for the request.
