1. Service

Storimini is a digital service marketed and sold to parents and legal guardians. It helps adults create personalized stories for family reading and listen to those stories using AI-generated narration. Storimini is not sold directly to children or minors, and children cannot purchase credits or manage subscriptions. Storimini does not sell, ship, or include physical goods in its paid plans.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be an adult parent or legal guardian to create an account, make purchases, enter child-related information, or manage generated content. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for using child-related information only when you have the legal right to do so.

3. Generated content

Stories generated by Storimini are provided for entertainment and family reading purposes. They do not replace medical, psychological, pedagogical, legal, or professional advice.

4. Voice uploads

You may upload your own voice or a voice recording that you have the right to use. You must not upload another person's voice without permission. Uploaded voice samples may be processed using ElevenLabs infrastructure to provide voice narration.

5. Payments

Paid plans and checkout may be provided through Polar. Polar may act as the payment processor and Merchant of Record, and may manage taxes, currencies, receipts, refunds, and payment compliance.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Storimini to create unlawful, harmful, misleading, hateful, abusive, or child-safety-risking content.

7. Changes to the service

We may update features, plans, or pricing over time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
